Slovak Tours s.r.o. is the data controller for personal data collected through this website, and processes it only to provide our tours and to respond to enquiries.

What we hold: the booking details you provide (name, email, phone and any notes), plus the tour, date and payment status. Contact-form messages are sent to us by email and are not stored on the website.

Processors: card payments are handled by Stripe, and notification emails by our email provider. These partners process data on our behalf under their own security and retention terms.

Retention: booking records are kept for the period required by accounting and tax law. After that, or on request, the personal details are erased while any legally-required transactional record is retained in anonymized form.

Your rights: under GDPR you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict its processing. We verify your identity and respond within 30 days.
